1, 2K Binder EL100

Function: to provide surface glossiness and leveling property to the 2K Solid Color Paint.

Mixing Ratio: varies from the hiding power of the color tinters

2K Solid Color Paint: Hardener: Thinner=2: 1: 0.3-0.5 (volume proportion)

2, 1K Binder EL150

Function: to offer help in the aluminum and pearl arrange evenly.

Application: applicable to mixing aluminum and pearl base coat series. According to the different hiding power of the color tinters, the mixing ratio is

3, Flop Control Agent EL153

Function: to help 1K aluminum to get a white side face, more shining of the metallic particles, and to make aluminum get a gray front face, and to make the metallic particles bigger, side face lighter, and cleaner.

Application: More volume, the side face of the aluminum paint will be whiter and more glitter. The volume shall be 2-10% of the total formula volume. If over 15%, it will cause aluminum paint film in disordered.

Antisilicone

Feacture: Can repair the paint film’s shrinkage cavity which caused by the substrate’s contamination

Usage: Repairing measures should be done before the imperfect paint film’s drying, and the spraying pressure is suggested 3-5Bar.

Spraying: To add 1-2% Antisilione into the ready mixed paint which can be used directly. After stir evenly, to spray a layer on the unlevelling and imperfect paint film.

SURFACE PREPARATION:

1. Surface Should Be Clean And Free Of Dust, Grease And Oil.

2. Old Varnish Surfaces Must Be Sanded Using Grit Sandpaper Number 1200, Before Applying The Clear Coat.

Number Of Coats & Thickness: 2-3 Coats, 40-60μm Flash Time: Allow 5-10 Minutes Between Coats

Apply Using a Spray

Gun Nozzle:

1.2-1.4mm (Gravity Spray Gun)

1.3-1.5mm (Suc Spray Gun)

- Spraying Pressure: 3-4 Bar.

- Spraying Viscosity: 13~18s(Ford Cup #4 At 20℃)

- Number Of Coats: 3 Coats Maximum.
